President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and another Director designated by the President
with the concurrence of the MAA Board.
To make and implement decisions on daily administrative matters for which there exist clear policies
and guidelines, referring to the MAA Board any administrative issues needing policy and/or guideline
To report its activities to the MAA Board during the Board’s regular meetings or whenever requested
by the Board.
